Open Enrollment for 2018 ACA health plans has begun, and new data show Pennsylvania plans are more affordable than last year!. Help people enroll. Pennsylvania Health Action Network (PHAN) will connect people to “Navigators” who can help them enroll in coverage in time for 2018.
